This policy covers the Black Cat company website at black-cat.dev only. Each of our mobile applications has its own privacy policy, published in the app and on its store listing, which governs the data that app handles.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Gatto Nero Services LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, doing business as Black Cat ("Black Cat", "we", "us"). Black Cat is a mobile product studio that designs, develops, publishes and maintains apps for iOS and Android.

2. Information we collect
The website is a static information page. It has no accounts, no forms, no comments and no newsletter sign-up.
- Information you send us. If you e-mail us, we receive your e-mail address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you.
- Technical data. When you visit, our hosting provider receives standard connection data needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. This is processed by the provider in its server logs and security systems.
The website does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. It loads its fonts, images and scripts from our own domain only.
3. How and why we use information
- To deliver, secure and keep the website available (our legitimate interest in running a safe website).
- To read and answer messages you send us (our legitimate interest in responding to you, and steps you ask us to take before a business relationship).
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
Where the law of your country requires a legal basis for processing, these are the bases we rely on. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Service providers
We use these providers to run the website and receive e-mail:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the website, provides DNS and security, and forwards e-mail sent to our black-cat.dev address to our mailbox.
- An e-mail provider where the forwarded messages are received and stored.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. International transfers
Gatto Nero Services LLC is based in the United States, and our providers operate globally. Your information may therefore be processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
E-mails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted, unless we must keep them for legal reasons. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for the periods set by that provider.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS and a restrictive content security policy on this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Brazil or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent where we rely on it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise a right, e-mail us at [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity first and will answer within the time the applicable law requires.
9. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Privacy practices for children in our apps are described in each app's own policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
